The Isiparis standard service concerning housing includes : the selection of apartments adapted to the budget and criteria of the executive, the organisation of appointments and the accompagnement to the visits, the submission of the file and signing of the lease, inventory, installation of telephone, gas and electricity, insurance subscription and the welcoming into the apartment with the keys.

In addition, we can provide help in many other areas : movers arrival, alarm, satellite or cable installation, equipment (kitchen, furniture), plumbing, (renewa)l, cleaning.

The relocation procedure is the following : the company or the executive himself informs us about 15 days before his arrival. We screen and preselect the available offers on the market best adapted to the needs established with the executive company, and organise a full day visit of the apartments with the executive. Then, we organise a second visit of the 2 or 3 apartments he prefered the best, for the following day.

This full day visit should be done about 15 days before the date on which the executive company would like the lease to begin.

Documents and expenses necessary in order to sign a lease in France

  • In the case of a company lease :
    • Extrait Kbis of the company (official registration number) in France
    • Name, position in the company, and a copy of the Identity Card of the person who will sign the lease in the company, (who must figure in the Extrait Kbis, or possess a " mandate " from somebody figuring in the Extrait Kbis),
    • A copy of the Identity Card (or Passport) of the person who will live in the apartment,
    • Insurance certificate for the apartment . 


  • In the case of an individual lease (for an employee expatriated  in France) :
    • A copy of the Identity Card ( or Passport) of the employee,
    • Employer's certificate stating :

- the name
- the position and the salary of the employee (the latter should represent approximately 3 times the amount of the monthly rent)
- that the employee is expatriated (same company), or is engaged for a long term contract,

    • Bank registration number in France (not always demanded),
    • The last three pay slips (not always demanded),
    • Insurance certificate for the apartment . 

  • In both cases, the estimated expenses on the day of the signature of the lease are :
    • A check for the guarantee deposit ( = the equivalent of 2 months rent), wich will be given back to the employee or to the company at the end of the lease (max 2 months after), if they has been no damage to the apartment
    • A check for the first month's rent ,
    • A check for the real estate agency's commission ( = between one and two month rent),
    • The insurance subscription for the apartment (from 1 000 FF to 1 1500FF/year),
    • ( in certain cases, bailiff's expenses asked by the owner for the inventory.)
